I’ve had 2 contracts with Westways, and multiple extensions. I work with a local recruiter and a national recruiter and the two communicate regularly on my behalf. Both check in with me regularly as well. They are friendly, great “customer service”, and very transparent. I’ve had one paycheck issue, when I started a new contract they were taking tax for the state I previously worked on. It was fixed immediately and they were extremely apologetic. I always feel like they are on my team, not the hospitals team. I don’t know anything about their benefits because I opted out of them, but overall…..I can’t say enough good things about this company.
I absolutely love this agency. Unfortunately they do not have contracts outside of the west coast, so I am having to change agencies for my next assignment, but working with them has been a true pleasure. The PNW office has become like family to me!

I use this agency for local travel contracts in Las Vegas. Worked with them numerous times, find them to be excellent, they have other offices mostly in Western states.
