I worked for them one day; before I went I was told I would be shadowing someone because I didn’t know the charting system, instead I was assigned 5 pts. I had no codes which they were supposed to have set up, so I ended up being a go off person that day. I clocked in and out, got a person who had been there for years to assist me with this and they even showed me that my clocking showed up. Then I wasn’t paid and was told that it was because my clocking didn’t show up. They told me I had to get this form signed to be paid, I was scheduled to work at that facility again, and decided I would wait until I went back to have it signed. The day I was to go back I was called off. I called that hospital and spoke with the nurse manager about my form and was told by him that he did not call me off, that my name was never submitted to him. They then said I had to drive 1 hour and 15 min. in one direction to get a form signed in order to be paid. My pay is now 3 or 4 weeks past due and they have still not paid me or been able to verify my hours. I went to the hospital to get the form signed and low and behold no one has attempted to verify my hours. I was also told that I had to complete all of this training on line and that I would be paid for that as well. I have never been paid for the training and am now told that I have to work 6 shifts for them before they can pay me for those hours.
Working w this team has been an excellent experience!! Whenever I need my recruiter he’s ALWAYS there for me! Paycheck is ALWAYS on time and out of 3 years have only had one mistake!
