Beach, a quaint beach town, and walk to wonderful Main St. full of shopping and
restaurants. The locals nick named it "Mayberry by the Sea". I have 1 furnished room for rent with a
semi-private full bathroom and laundry and kitchen privileges. There is a
second full size refrigerator to share with the other(female) tenant for your
groceries. The bedroom has a double bed with a new Sleep Number mattress,
dresser, T.V., nightstand, and basic cable/internet. The bedroom has wood floors and is nicely
decorated in a beach theme with a sliding glass door that opens up to the 1000+
sq ft back yard complete with 6 person hot tub and BBQ. The newly remodeled house
is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath ranch style corner home on 1 ½ lots across the street
from the grocery store with a huge front porch for sitting. I am 5 short blocks
from the beach and Seal Beach is on the border of Long Beach south of L.A.
county. I have 2 tiny, quiet dogs (seniors) and 1 cat. In the rent are
included: laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies,
housekeeper 2x a month, all utilities (gas, electric, water, basic
cable/internet), linens and towels.
