  • I worked in the Emergncy department(s) in the hospital. The hospital overall is a nice institution. However the Emergency Department is very dysfunctional, poorly run, poorly staffed and the moral is low. It is an VERY UNSAFE environment. You have 6 patients no ancillary help, and at times 2-3 of those 6 patients are ICU or Step Down status. The doctors are very welcoming and kind but the majority of the nursing staff is not. They are backstabbing, and will not help you. There are times when others assignment is less busy or there are 2 R.N.'s assigned to an area due training etc. and if they were free they would never offer to help. 01/05/2015
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was I found my own. Housing was located in city of Rochester. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3.
