  • I worked in the urology department(s) in the hospital. one rn stated you were told. one can behind me and redid all my work with no explanation. one tried to teach me and was frustrated with it wasn't exactly and i mean exactly like hers. the supervisor will say one thing than forget and tell you to do another asking why you are doing what you were told to do the first time. and'we are all adults here take some responsibility' yet there are too many chiefs and not enough a Indians. damn if you do damned if you don't. If you ask questions you should be using common sense and thinking for yourself. if you don't ask questions, you are being too aggressive. 01/22/2018

  • I worked in the Urology department(s) in the hospital. This department is very unorganized and seems to be run in panic mode. The cleanliness is not great and there is little concern about sterile technique. There are NO support people so you clean and mop between patients and won't get a break until you finish your cases. High staff turnover and travelers don't extend. 12/31/2017

  • I worked in the ICU Float department(s) in the hospital. Mostly very nice staff. The MICU staff were clicky & not very good at offering any help. A lot of young, know-it-all staff in the MICU. The other ICU's were great. Especially the ICA (intermediate care). These group of nurses were very welcoming & friendly. This hospital is old & doesn't look very clean but overall it was a good travel experience 10/17/2014
