  • I worked in the L&D department(s) in the hospital. The doctors and some nurses were skeptical about having travel nurses. There hadn't been any in 5 years. Some were out right rude(doctors). I would not recommend anyone go there for L&D 01/14/2014
  • The name of the housing complex was n/a. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. /a
  • The name of the housing complex was not applicable stayed with inlaws. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. 06/17/2013
  • I worked in the Emergency Department department(s) in the hospital. I worked in ED for a 13 week assignment from 7p to 7A. The ED staff were friendly and helpful. The charge nurses were knowledgeable and offered assistance when needed. I received the time off when requested. My only concern was the lack of communication between the physicians and nurses, for example the physician would place an order that was needed stat and then would ask if you had "gotten that yet", rather than just telling you that it was needed in the first place. Most (not all) of the physicians were unapproachable and not very friendly. The nurse manager was outstanding and made me feel welcome immediately. Overall St. Francis was a very pleasant place to work.
