  • I worked in the NICU department(s) in the hospital. Hospital was "for profit." Seemed to have one way of doing things there, which to even seasoned staff seemed antiquated, but everyone went along. Schedule was not easy to follow. IE Refused to schedule me three nights in a row stating this was their policy. Were not traveler friendly. Would never work there again. 02/20/2013
