  • I worked in the Nicu department(s) in the hospital. The staff is horrible to travelers. The manager and the nurses treat you as if you are an incompetent idiot and expendable. They have a perception of travelers that they make a ton of money so deserve to be overloaded with the patients they don't want! I've traveled to 18 facilities and this was the worst a far as the staff is concerned. The facility itself is nice. 03/22/2015
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Own. Housing was located in city of Lafayette. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. My own housing
  • I worked in the Med/surg float department(s) in the hospital. Travelers are perceived as earning upwards of $100 an hour, lots of animosity toward travelers for this reason. Facility uses alot of LPN's, and charge nurse always has to take a full patient load. Doctors are king and whatever they say goes - if they don't like you, you will be fired without recourse - they won't even listen to your side. 10/30/2008
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was not company housing. Housing was located in city of Lafayette. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. I arranged my own housing.
