  • Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Na. Housing was located in city of Na. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. NA
  • I worked in the Medical/surgical department(s) in the hospital. I worked on 2W. It's medical surgical. The grid is 6:1 and not based on acuity. It's block assignments one hall or the other. Due to this you could have a very heavy load and because there are only two nurses and a charge on that floor there really isn't anyone to help you. I did not feel it was safe. When I floated to other floors it seemed a bit better. There are a ton of travelers though so it is good in that respect. 09/05/2016
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Best Western. Housing was located in city of Marietta. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. This hotel has a great breakfast and nice rooms. Ask for the travel nurse rate.

  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Microtel. Housing was located in city of Marietta. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. They lost my reservations made online three times and I was without a room. Very nice rooms, clean and modern. Nice and free breakfast every morning too.
  • I worked in the cardiac cath lab department(s) in the hospital. I was assigned to the Cardiac Cath lab, however only worked a few days of my assignment in the lab. Staff made statements that travelers were hired for their ability to take call only and that travelers were to be used in the pre/post area. Often pulled to transport patients for radiology and/or work in the orthopedic clinic. 03/04/2008
