  • I worked in the Operating Room department(s) in the hospital. This hospital is located in an unsafe environment. The manager of the operating room is back stabbing, and she is not nice to the travelers. I had to have emergency suegery, and she immediately rated my attendance as "poor" because I had to miss days. She said it was unacceptable for me to have the emergency surgery while I was on my assignment. 05/11/2016
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Microtelwe . Housing was located in city of Middletown . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. I stayed at microtel twice a week. They gave a discount if you worked at the hospital, $62 a night
  • I worked in the POD 2 department(s) in the hospital. Did not know my role, so there was much confusion on the level of patient I could take. No lunch breaks because there is not enough staff to cover. No Aids or Secretary due to no staff to cover. You are "just a traveler" when it comes to hospital policies and procedures. Although, you cannot find these policies and procedures on their Intranet. Could not get to work due to car trouble and contract was cancelled. 02/25/2015
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Imperial Gardens. Housing was located in city of Middletown. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Smelled like smoke so now all my belongings smell like smoke. Never gave me my $50 cable credit. Gym on website, no gym on this site. Threatened to illegally lock me out of the apartment with such short notice without having my car ready for repairs. Had to call the Sheriff.
  • I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. STAY AWAY! Severely overworked and understaffed! License on the line every shift -- unsafe staffing filed by regular staff every shift. 19 bed ER, had up to 8 pts at one time! One night was holding 3 ICU (1 tubed) and 4 tele pts, plus expected to continue with regular ER pts. Left contract early (after several letters to administration about staffing -- only 3 nurses on at night, with no lab tech, aide or transport). Nurse manager had vendetta against me due to leaving early -- it was a horrible situation. Staff was GREAT though -- even though just about everybody I worked with has already left! UNSAFE, UNSAFE, UNSAFE. 12/31/2006
  • Housing was approximately 8 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was self. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
