  • I worked in the COVID floor department(s) in the hospital. I came at a scary critical COVID-19 out break in MA and both staff and travelers bonded together and worked great as a team. An overall good experience. 12/09/2020
  • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Hilton. Housing was located in city of Pittsfield. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5.
  • I had a great experience at this hospital, the staff are great and were very supportive of me during a serious health problem my husband had while there. They were very personable and caring towards us both and made us feel like we were genuinely cared for. The staffing office was great except for one person that worked there that they all had a hard time dealing with. I was never asked to float because they only hire travelers to work the ER and never use them in any other departments that I know of. They did not have Pyxis but they are getting a system for drugs soon I am told...they still use the old cabinet and med-sheet with pharmacy sending up most of the drugs. There was a delay in patient care because the drugs you needed to give were not there on the floor. They are in the middle of remodeling the Hospital and the ER is the last phase but overall it is a very pleasing new look and flows well so far. The housing was about 4 miles away from the hospital at Bonnie Brae RV Park in Pittsfield. I would rate it a 1. would not recommend this campground because the owners were very nasty and disagreeable at times. They quoted us a rate which we paid up front for the entire length of stay and then added more charges to us once we were there that they did not tell us about before we arrived and then refused to refund any of our money. Their electricity is not powerful enough to run the microwave and the hot water heater at the same time nor the air conditioner and the microwave or hot water heater. They still charge you for having those things even though you ca not use them. Unfortunately there are not a lot of RV parks in this area to choose from but if I had it to do over again I would drive an additional hour out of my way to stay somewhere else!
