  • I worked in the med/surg department(s) in the hospital. Often 6 patients and no tech (or the tech has 12 to 14 pts). Labs are to be drawn by RN. Physicians don't speak with nurses about their patients. Nice people but very overworked and understaffed. Accountability within certain units is very poor. Many times staff were "hanging out" in full view on their cell phones. Getting a hold of physicians was difficult. CNO needs to better monitor the ability of the RN meeting the needs of the pt. 05/20/2017
  • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was na. Housing was located in city of tallahassee. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
  • I worked in the Tele department(s) in the hospital. Staff is unhappy and major changes within hospital managment lead to bad communication. Okay place to travel to but not a place to extend for very long with out getting sucked into hopital politics. 07/22/2007
