  • I worked in the ICU 3 department(s) in the hospital. DO NOT WORK HERE***I had worked at this hospital and unit for 5 years then left for personal reasons. When I came back as a traveler 2 years later in 2016, the unit had gone downhill. Too many new faces with a new lack of integrity in doing a job well done. I blame the management team, or lack thereof. I'm not going to mince words.... Every lower manager kisses the nursing manager's behind and they will stop at nothing to make her happy. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER. There are many brownnosers as well that will report anything you do. When you try to do the right thing as a nurse, they will ALWAYS support the doctors even if they agree that you as the nurse were correct. Doctors are NEVER held accountable. Bottom-line, if you like being treated like dirt, don't care about your work integrity, license and own moral, then by all means, work for this unit. If you enjoy being appreciated for the work you do, care about your license and don't want to be put under a spell to think the complete opposite is the truth, then DEFINITELY DON'T work for this place. I'm only speaking about the unit I worked on ( ICU 3) however I know plenty of people that have worked at Memorial Regional, in particular, that claim the same mistreatment. They don't care about YOU. They couldn't care less. Believe me. NOTE: this review is 7 months after I've left. I've had time to think about what I would say and am not just in a rant. please keep that in mind. 01/02/2018
  • The name of the housing complex was stipend. Housing was located in city of Hollywood. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. I had the stipend but had to fill in the asterisk on this form. No problems with the housing stipend.
