  • I worked in the MedSurg department(s) in the hospital. Horribly inefficient, staffing ratios are terrible. They were considered "overstaffed" if the ratios were 5:1. Initial impression of the unit was that they don't care about travelers at all. Charge nurses, with the exception of one, were very unhelpful. Manager is terrible and staff complain all the time. 02/10/2019
  • Housing was approximately 25 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was used AirBnB. Housing was located in city of West Seattle. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. I used an AirBnB in West Seattle, quite far away from the hospital but it was worth it. West Seattle is a really cool spot.
  • I worked in the emergency department(s) in the hospital. This ER was staffed with at least 75% travelers when I arrived. They were very travel nurse friendly and had an excellent orientation process. The ER was always fully staffed and management worked well with staff to fix any issues as they arise. Parking was a challenge and the garage wasn't policed so vandalism was common. I chose my own housing in Burien, WA, which was a great area to live in. Many travelers returned frequently for assignments. 12/07/2017
