  • Bait and switch constantly. Posts fake jobs all over the web. Recruiters are deceitful and will try to trick you any chance they get. Do not pay on referrals although they advertise a inflated referral fee plan. If it is too good to be true..... 12/18/2021
  • I have been doing agency for 6 years now and I did one 13 week contract with this company. I have had a couple of people who were not my recruiter contact me and want me to work for them which I feel is unprofessional. I feel like they are stepping on their coworkers toes. I understand we are a sale and commission but come on. There were never any issues with my paycheck. I thought the amount for the area I was in was reasonable. The insurance was very expensive and I just went without insurance for these 13 weeks. The hospital I was at was horrible, one of the worst yet, but I don't think that was the agencies fault. They did pay for the competency stuff such as drug screen and pre employment stuff. If they have an assignment I really want I would go back, but I will most likely work with other agencies before them unfortunately. 01/06/2020
  • Recruiter unprofessional. Company asks for nurse to pay for compliance out of pocket. No travel/license reimbursements. Company decreased my first week's pay due to starting on a Monday and not a Sunday so I was not compensated for a full week's housing stipend 11/04/2018
  • Pay rates are low. They have overlooked multiple things needed to begin an assignment, and expect you to stop driving across country, on the way to your assignment and comply. They can sometimes be a bit indignant with how they speak to you. They don’t pay travel pay to and from an assignment. They do not pay for any prerequisite labs, fingerprints, or tests required for hire. I’m not a fan. There are much better agencies out there. 06/01/2018
  • This is the best agency that I have worked for so far. My recruiter Emily Calkins is honest and trustworthy and I feel like she has my back at all times. My pay is good and always accurate. 01/25/2018
  • Horrible unprofessional agency. Disorganized. Bad pay. Everything that could go wrong did and they were completely unavailable and unwilling to help. RUN away! 12/08/2017
  • Very personalized, wasn't just a number! Always available, nights and weekends. 11/02/2017
