  • I worked in the Behavioral Health department(s) in the hospital. Not Traveler friendly a all. Charge Ns's criticized travelers continually. Have 6-7pts and all admissions. Terrible morale from reg staff. Would make travelers in middle of shift go to bother hospbin St Charles to do an admission et come back try to finish wirk. Absolutely discouraged overtime. Longest 13wks on assignment. Upper Management did not care as long as the work was done. Rarely seen them on floor. Call in on days off jyst to be cancelled prior to shift not to have to pay any OT. Absolutely made it clear to all Traveler's that we were not wanted and inferior. Longest 13wk assignment. Ask to extend adamantly refused. NM ldid ask for an exit interview and did inform of what was going on in the units pdid not look surprised or apologetic for staffs unprofessional treatment towards travelers. 10/14/2017
  • Housing was approximately 1-2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Lhouse. Housing was located in city of Wentzville. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Was luvky to find room/NR to share in house with 3 other females. Friendly atmoshere only miles from hosp.
  • I worked in the Psychiatric department(s) in the hospital. Not a Traveler friendly hospital. No orientation and Charge Nurse would alway assign 2 more pts than regular staff and have them do admissions. Did not like if work wasn't done on time. Set Traveler's up for failure! 02/26/2017
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Room rented. Housing was located in city of Wentzville. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Housing was not an issue
