  • I worked in the Medical surgical department(s) in the hospital. Working an assignment at this hospital right now. Travelers are treated fair. Majority of staff are travelers. Ratio is 1:6. Most times there is only one CNA for the entire unit of 20 patients. There are no charge nurses or unit secretary. They do not assign patients rooms by acuity or take into account that the same nurse is getting all the admissions and discharges. Really loved the town of Fayetteville and the people from here were nice. If the hospital would be able to staff correctly the patients could get much better care. 03/09/2017
