  • I worked in the Track 1 and 2 department(s) in the hospital. This hospital is appalling! Never in psych in 10 years and 5 of travel nursing have I been so unhappy at a facility. It's basically a Subutex taper facility that gets heroine addicts and gives them their fix willingly only to d/c them and have them back in a week after their heroine ran out. The patient ratios are 14 to one nurse, support staff is not licensed, they use TCI (for children) for their restraint protocol. Supervisors will load 4-6 admissions per night on our night shift to keep it full with patients that have no business in a psych hospital. Absolutely aweful. 12/25/2016
  • Housing was approximately n/a mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was n/a. Housing was located in city of n/a. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. We secured our own housing (wife and I) and didn't use the agencies housing.
