  • I worked in the Medical department(s) in the hospital. This facility is absolutely TERRIBLE. EXTREMELY UNSAFE NURSE TO PATIENT RATIOS. Patient safety nor staff safety a concern. Pulled contract after 5 weeks and reported to joint commission. 05/11/2018

  • I worked in the IMC med acute department(s) in the hospital. Great staff and doctors. Patient ratios were 7:1 most days. This is a med acute IMC and ration should have been 5:1. Management was changing and there were struggles but the main manager Julie was beyond amazing and kind. Be sure to try a horseshoe from Dublin pub and have a meal unique to Springfield. 11/01/2016
