  • I worked in the OR department(s) in the hospital. Hospital was not staffed well, and the nurses seemed either poorly trained or motivated in almost every department I encountered. Even the cafeteria people barely did their jobs, and treated you like you were interrupting them when they did so. This is a facility in the HCA system so it is not that surprising, as their priorities are 1. Their reputation 2. The happiness of the doctors 3. Money, and 4 the patients (because that is where the money comes from). They preach that they want to change things for the better, but there is absolute 0 follow though, and 0 accountability for the employees. 02/21/2016
  • Housing was approximately 4 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was n/a. Housing was located in city of houston. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. We stayed in hotels since we went out of toen the 4 days a week we did not work.
