  • I worked in the Respiratory Tele department(s) in the hospital. I've traveled to many facilities and this is my first review to warn travelers to look elsewhere. The staff I experienced was not friendly apparently they have bullying issues which are apparent by employees actions and the flyers hanging in the locker room regarding bullying. The charting system is Paragon which is very nonuser friendly and God forbid you ask a question the staff is disgruntled. Nurse's draw own labs, vs, and blood glucoses. Tech sits in nurse's station gaming on phone. When asked if she could assist with an obese pt. was reluctant with attitude. Very clicky and bullying staff. Go elsewhere! 01/21/2020
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was air bnb. Housing was located in city of Cookeville. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1.
  • I worked in the Operating Room department(s) in the hospital. I would recommend Conway Regional to anyone in the travel community. I worked in the Main OR. The main reason they needed travelers was for their cases that ran after 3pm. I worked three 12’s 7a-7p while I was there. The staffing is very good during the day. Always enough staff for all rooms to be ran. The flow was very smooth as well. People worked together. Everyone was kind and helpful. The charge nurse Amelia is the absolute best!!! She is always will yo help you out. It’s a small OR. They have 9 rooms but only run 6 throughout the day. I took call once a week overnight and one weekend every 5-6 weeks. I had a set schedule that was always the same, which was super helpful for me. The area is great too. Cute little college town with lots of stuff to do all of the time. 01/07/2020
  • Housing was approximately Na mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was I had my own housing- RV travel nurse. Housing was located in city of Na. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. I did not take housing. I travel in my RV. However, I do know that there was another traveler at the facility at the same time as me that slept in the on call room when he was working his shifts. So they do have that available usually if you need to stay close.
  • I worked in the Med Surg department(s) in the hospital. Consistently short staffed for PCAs. Nurses draw their own labs. The people are wonderfully friendly and treat travelers like family. The area is beautiful and has lots of potential for outdoor activities on days off. 06/12/2018
  • Housing was approximately 65 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Self chosen. Housing was located in city of NA. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
  • I worked in the 5N med surg department(s) in the hospital. Staff was so great and so friendly to me as a traveler! They really make you feel like you’re at home. 5N was my home floor and I couldn’t have asked for better. Charge nurses were so awesome and helpful. Nurses do 4am lab draws here, but PCAs help and that was something new to add to my skills list. 03/23/2018
  • Housing was approximately Na mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was N/A. Housing was located in city of Na. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. Stayed with family and paid rent
  • I worked in the Emergency department(s) in the hospital. This hospital was my first travel assignment. The people here are incredibly nice and VERY traveler friendly. They have required many travelers recently for unknown reasons. I have to say, it will be hard leaving here because the nursing staff are so kind, accommodating and welcoming. You will make friends here. Especially on night shift. They can be very understaffed as they are essentially 100% nurse staffed with minimal auxillary. (ERT, medics, etc.). I will fondly remember this hospital as I move on to the next! 01/29/2016
  • Housing was approximately 65 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Self found in MT. Juliet. Housing was located in city of Mount Juliet. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. There is housing nearby that is sufficient and a technical college nearby. I just chose to live closer to Nashville :)
