  • I worked in the NICU department(s) in the hospital. Staff morale is really low with alot of politics. Most night shift charge nurses show poor leadership by talking very badly about other nurses to anyone who will listen. Travelers seem to work half of every weekend. Continuity of care is almost nonexistant. 07/27/2006
