  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. They floated me to the floor many many many times!! I did not realize ICU was used as the float pool so my experience was not good! Then once floated, the floor nurses were not always helpful or organized. I wouldn't go back. 12/17/2016

  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. I worked in the ICU department. Their biggest problem is the lack of the leadership. Their ICU is very disorganized, they have high staff turnover. The environment is nasty, toilets in patients' rooms don't work, so nurses have carry urine and feces to the dirty utility room and dump it there. I've met some great nurses, but also a lot of the lazy ones. The best advice I've got on my first day was from another traveller, he said - "watch your back". I think that is true for both clinical and non-clinical issues. 12/24/2015
