  • I worked in the MSICU department(s) in the hospital. Extremely non traveler friendly, orientation is non existent. Staff brag from day one how the previous travelers quit their contracts. ICU is always 1:3 with very sick its, core staff rarely help travelers. Simply put HOSTILE work environment as well as worry about your license on a daily basis. 03/23/2015
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Best Tulsa Condo's. Housing was located in city of Tulsa. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. AC/Heat work at a minimum. Was a safe area and furnished nicely. A little pricey but great location. Loved the pool and gated parking.
  • I worked in the PICU department(s) in the hospital. There a 2 hospitals within the CHOA circle. Scottish Rite ( north of GA) this is a non-teaching hospital. CHOA egleston (on Emory Campus) is a teaching hospital. I worked at Egleston in the PICU and loved it. High acuity patients and the staff gave travelers assignments within there scope so I got sick busy kids. The unit is well laid out but big. Very easy to get a resident, NP, PA or intensivist to the bedside. Rounds always included the nurse. Great experience!! I worked both nights and days. Loved that the cafeteria did open at night for the night shift staff. Parking was easy as there are 2 parking garages. 03/17/2015
  • Housing was approximately 4 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Jackson Square Apartments. Housing was located in city of Decatur. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Great apartment. Initially they had poor customer service but management changed and new staff came. This staff was very helpful and nice. Quick response from maintenance. Sometimes parking was an issue by my building and would have to walk a bit of a difference from my car. Quiet for the most part. Kroger and dollar tree next door. Close to I-285.. did not have to get on the highway to get to work
